BSC Biosafety Cabinet Features:
◆ All Steel Lab Half Exhaust Biological Class 2 B2 BSC Biosafety
Cabinet continuously exhausts the air in the cabinet to
◆ The negative pressure is maintained continuously. Air enters the
negative pressure air duct and the inner space of the cabinet from
the front window operation port
◆ After the air is fully mixed, it enters the static pressure box
and passes through the high-efficiency filter to be treated
vertically.
◆ Down, enter the operation area in a unidirectional laminar flow
state, the operation area three walls (except
◆ Outside the front window glass) are negative pressure air ducts,
so that between the external environment and the operating area
◆ A double-layer isolation (air curtain isolation and box isolation)
is formed. And around the operating area
◆ All are under negative pressure to ensure that no samples will
leak. At the same time, due to the airflow direction of the safety
cabinet
◆ It is from the outside to the inside, the top layer is equipped
with a high-efficiency filter, the aerosol is not easy to overflow
and enter
◆ Laboratory, so the pathogen extraction and other operations are
carried out in the biological safety cabinet, which can prevent
◆ Prevent the aerosol containing pathogenic microorganisms from
escaping during the experimental operation
◆ The inspector has a very effective protective effect on the
inspector.
BSC Biosafety Cabinet Working principle:
The working principle of All Steel Lab Half Exhaust Biological
Class 2 B2 BSC Biosafety Cabinet is mainly to extract the air in
the cabinet to maintain the negative pressure in the cabinet and
protect workers through vertical airflow. The outside air is
filtered through a high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA)
filter to the All Steel Lab Half Exhaust Biological Class 2 B2 BSC
Biosafety Cabinet to avoid contamination of the processed samples;
the air in the cabinet also needs to be filtered through a HEPA
filter, and then Discharge into the atmosphere to protect the
environment.

Use of All Steel Lab Half Exhaust Biological Class 2 B2 BSC
Biosafety Cabinet
1. Turn on the power.
2. Wear clean laboratory overalls, clean your hands, and wipe the
working platform in the safety cabinet with 70% alcohol or other
disinfectants.
3. Place the experimental objects in the safety cabinet as
required.
4. Close the glass door, turn on the power switch, and if
necessary, turn on the UV lamp to disinfect the surface of the
experimental objects.
5. After the disinfection is completed, set to the working state of
the safety cabinet, open the glass door to make the machine operate
normally.
6. The equipment can be used after completing the self-cleaning
process and running stably.
7. After finishing the work and removing the waste, wipe the
working platform in the cabinet with 70% alcohol. Maintain the air
circulation for a period of time to discharge pollutants in the
work area.
8. Close the glass door, turn off the fluorescent lamp, and turn on
the ultraviolet lamp to disinfect the cabinet.
9. After disinfection, turn off the power.
