1. Before sampling, indicate the sample information on the label;
2. According to different experimental purposes, use a sampling
swab to sample the corresponding part;
3. After sampling, quickly put the swab into the sterile sampling
tube, break it at the breaking point, and tighten the tube cap;
4. Freshly collected specimens can be transported to the laboratory
at room temperature;
5. The specific sampling methods are as follows:
a) Nasal cavity collection: Gently insert the swab head into the
nasal cavity for sampling, use another swab to collect another
nasal cavity sample in the same way, immerse the swab head in the
sampling fluid, and break the tail;
b) Pharyngeal collection: Use a swab to collect a sample of the
throat, and also invade the swab head into the sampling solution
and break the tail.

1. Sampling swabs are flocked swabs. Compared with conventional
fiber swabs, the sample is easily trapped in the interstices of the
