TD4 Low Speed Centrifuge Common Failure Analysis:
1. After the power is turned on, the control panel displays normally.
When the start button is pressed, the centrifuge works normally.
But when the stop switch is pressed, the centrifuge has no response
and cannot stop working. According to the analysis of the failure
phenomenon, the failure should be in the stop control part of the
control circuit part, which includes the stop switch, the power
control board and the timer control board. Turn on the centrifuge,
use a multimeter to check the stop switch, it is normal; after
starting, measure the signal output from the power control board to
the timer control board is AC 16V is normal, the fault should be on
the timer control board, the timer control board can not execute
the stop when the stop signal is obtained task. After
troubleshooting one by one, it was found that the C9013 transistor
on the timer control board and the capacitor with the model of 16V,
470μF broke down, and the new transistor and capacitor were
worsened. The fault was eliminated.
2. After the power is turned on, the control panel displays
normally. When the start button is pressed, the centrifuge works
normally. But when the stop switch is pressed, the centrifuge
cannot stop working immediately, but slowly stops after spinning
for a long time. According to the analysis of the fault phenomenon,
the fault should be in the stop brake control part of the control
circuit part. The brake control part includes the model: WJ176-12V
intermediate relay, the brake resistance R: 20-30Ω, the model:
KBPC50A10M silicon stack and wire . Turn on the centrifuge and use
a multimeter to measure the brake resistance, intermediate relays
and wires. They are all normal. After turning on the machine, press
the stop button and use the multimeter to measure the 4 corners of
the silicon stack. There is AC 12V input but no DC 12V output. It
is judged that the silicon stack is broken and replaced. New,
troubleshooting.
